Dengue fever is a mosquito-brone viral disease that is wiedspeard in Singapore and other tropical countries. It is cause by the dengue virus and its transmitted through the bite of an infected aedes mosquito. Dengue fever symptoms include a fever,  intence headache, joint pains, body aches, loss of appitite, nausea, vomiting, and screen rashes and mukcosal bleeding. There is no specific treatment's for dengue fever, but adequate fluid intake and bed rest is important. Most patients recover with in 2 weeks. According to World Health Organisation(WHO)2009 case classification, dengue is classified into dengue without warning signs. Dengue with warning signs severe dengue. It is important to recognised the warning signs such as abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, mucosal bleeding, lethargy and fluild accumulation as it may progress to serve dengue.
